I . Limit startup programs by disabling unnecessary services and programs

When we install programs on computer many of them automatically set them on windows startup. Most of time these programs not needed by you. These programs take lot of memory of computer and make it slow. There are two ways to stop programs doing that, One when you install a new program unchecked the option asking your permission to start up  the software on windows startup. Second you can disable them by MSconfig to access this follow these steps:-

1.  Click on stat button and type in search box msconfig and press enter. Other way for this is to press                windows button on keyboard with R key this will open run window.

2.  Find startup tab on menu on top click on it.

3.  Now you can select or deselect by clicking on check boxes. Only stop those services which you don't          need to start up on windows start up, If you not sure about the service please do not stop it.

4.  After un-checking the service click on Apply button to fix them. Now it will ask for restart please restart        the PC. It's done.

II . Free up memory by deleting temporary files     

When you open program and files on your computer and surf on browser the windows create temp files to process the task's. Over a period of time these files take lot of memory and slows the speed of processing of computer. There is few commands which help you to delete temp. files.

1. Click on start button and type run on search box press enter. The run window opens.

2. In run window type recent and press enter this will open a new window which is having temp. files. Now press Ctrl + A to select all the files and press delete button to delete them.

3. In run window  type temp and press enter this will open a new window which is having temp. files. Now press Ctrl + A to select all the files and press delete button to delete them.

4. In run window type %temp% and press enter this will open a new window which is having temp. files. Now press Ctrl + A to select all the files and press delete button to delete them.

5. In run window type temp cookies and press enter this will open a new window which is having temp. files. Now press Ctrl + A to select all the files and press delete button to delete them.

6. In run windows type prefetch  and press enter this will open a new window which is having files which are created by windows to start up the service quickly but over a period of time it required to renew. Now press Ctrl + A to select all the files and press delete button to delete them.

III.  Defragment the Disk Drive to fast the hard drive performance.

The hard drive storage is a complex process. When we store on hard drive over a period of time it became little hard to manage. So when we run defragment it rearrange the storage of hard drive, it makes it little fast.

1. Click on my computer button on desktop. You see the drives which is created on your hard disk Like C       drive right click on it, a pop up menu open, select properties, a window is open, click on tools tab button,     Now you can see the defragment button click on it.

2.  A new window opens showing different drives on your computer if you have more then one drive. Now       click on drive like C or D drive etc. Then click on analyze disk button wait for some time,  it show that           your drive required disk defragment or not required. If it shows drive required defragment then click on         defragment wait for some time to process it. It's done.
